counter-reset CSS Property

The counter-reset property creates one or more counters with an initial value (default 0). Useful for resetting sub-counters in new sections.

.chapter { counter-reset: section 0 figure 0; }

min:-9999 max:9999 step:1

units:

noneThe default value. No counter created.

reversedreversed() ? creates a reversed counter (negative counter-increment, count down).

reversed()reversed(name) — creates a reversed counter.
